Mary and Ryan Family

Lord, we lift up to you Mary and Ryan. Give them special blessings as they begin their new life together out west.  Bring her and Ryan closer together, and may their love for each other draw them ever closer to you. Give them each an open heart to receive your grace, and to do the little things with great love for each other at work and home.  Amen.

Chrissy Patterson Family

Lord, this week we lift up to you the Patterson family. Give them, O Lord, a steadfast heart, which no unworthy affection may drag downwards; give them an unconquered heart, which no tribulation can wear out; give them an upright heart, which no unworthy purpose may tempt aside.  Bestow upon them also, O Lord our God, understanding to know you, diligence to seek you, wisdom to find you, and a faithfulness that may finally embrace you; through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Ashley and Jimmy Carter Family

Lord,  we thank you for the blessing of the Carters.  As they continue their family life together may you bless them in abundance with wisdom and patience.  Accept the offering of their married love and make it a source of blessing for us and for all who make up their lives.  Draw them towards you as you bring them together in the unity of their love for one another.  Amen.

Dear Lord, we ask your blessing on Ryan this day. We thank you for the gifts he has brought to our family and for the love that he and Mary share. Continue to draw them closer together and closer to you, and give him the graces he needs each day. Amen.

John

All-powerful and ever-living God, when Abraham left his native land and departed from his people you kept him safe through all his journeys.  Protect John as he continues to serve overseas.  Be his constant companion and his strength in every moment of every day, his refuge in every adversity.  Guide him, O Lord, that he may balance the demands of work and family life, and draw him ever closer to you each day.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Heavenly Creator of the universe, we thank You for Alex to whom you've entrusted to our family.  We want to cooperate with You fully in helping her grow into a free and responsible young lady and mature in the faith she received at Baptism.  Grant us the grace to be able to guide her in the practice of virtue and the way of Your commandments by the good example of our lives, and by the loving observance of Your law and that of Your Church. Amen.
