Tom Kollett

Dear Lord,
We offer our prayers this week for Tom Kollett. Over the years we've been blessed by the addition of Tom and his wife Ann into our family and we're thankful for his presence in our lives. Please continue to give him the strength daily to persevere in your service through his witness of Your presence among us. Bless him abundantly for his service in the Navy and to our country may the sacrifices of the men and women that serve our country not go unnoticed.

We lift up in prayer Hayden.  May the LORD bless you and keep you. The LORD make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you. The LORD lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. (Numbers, 6:24-26) Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your ground. (Deut. 28:4)  Out of the mouths of babes and infants you have drawn a defense against your foes, to silence enemy and avenger ( Psalms. 8:3 ) Amen.

O God, we know you care about each of your children. We praise your loving kindness, your merciful grace. This day we lift to you Dan. As he does his best to serve you with faithfulness and honor, hold him tightly. Give him courage. Help him feel your love, and comfort his family. Also, we pray for the end of war. We pray for your strength, your wisdom and your reconciliation. Amen.

Dear God, we lift up Barry to you. Show him your presence and let him feel you enveloping love.  Help our unbelief. When we're in pain, we forget that you care about us.  We forget that you have helped us through our trials.  We forget that you hold us in your arms to keep us safe.  We forget that you are feeling our pain with us.  We forget that you love us, and that we're important to you.  Heal our hurting souls.  Thank you for staying with us even in our unbelief.  Amen
